Biscoff Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 stick brown butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup Biscoff spread
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt, baking powder, baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a small pot or skillet brown 1 stick of butter. Cool until room temp.

  2. With a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat 3 ripe bananas.

  3. Add cooled brown butter, sugars, eggs, and biscoff spread to bananas

  4. Once wet ingredients are incorporated, add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and white choloate chips

  5. Prepare loaf pan with cake goo or butter and flour and fill

  6. Bake on 350 F for 55-60 min or until a inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • Be sure to use ripe banana. Un ripe bananas can be baked on 350 for 10 min to acheive the same affect.
